By accessing, registering with, or using the ontoto platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ontoto. You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to use our services.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for, access, or use ontoto services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ontoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund of deposits.
ontoto services are intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing our platform and placing bets. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to mask your true location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia. You represent that you are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prohibit you from entering into this agreement or using gambling services. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
The following individuals are prohibited from using ontoto services: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ontoto or its business partners; (d) persons using our services on behalf of third parties; (e) persons with outstanding gambling-related debts or payment disputes with ontoto.
To use ontoto services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
ontoto is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards. You agree to provide valid identification documents upon request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify ontoto immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. ontoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. You must promptly update your registered email address, phone number, and residential address if they change. ontoto may suspend or close accounts with outdated or incorrect information. Communications sent to the email address or phone number registered on your Account will be deemed received by you.
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using the payment methods supported by ontoto, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. ontoto does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may apply transaction charges.
You may request withdrawal of available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum per-transaction limit is Rp 50,000,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 3-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). ontoto reserves the right to impose additional verification procedures for large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If you have used multiple deposit methods, withdrawals will be distributed proportionally. ontoto reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests to payment methods that differ from the deposit source.
ontoto operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to investigate any transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your normal betting patterns. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension, mandatory additional KYC documentation, or reporting to relevant authorities. You acknowledge that ontoto may delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of AML investigations.
ontoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, eligible games or sports markets, and validity periods. You must carefully review the terms of each promotion before opting in. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in case of conflict.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning you must bet the bonus amount (and sometimes the associated deposit) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed with withdrawn funds do not contribute. Different games and bet types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements.
ontoto reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other users, hedging bets to guarantee profits, exploiting software errors, or any systematic strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine risk. Users engaged in bonus abuse may have their accounts permanently closed without refund.
ontoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may exclude individual users from specific promotions at our discretion. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent. Unclaimed bonuses expire after the stated validity period and cannot be reinstated.
All bets are subject to acceptance by ontoto. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of betting rules. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your Account history, it constitutes a binding agreement. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation except in cases of obvious system error.
ontoto imposes minimum and maximum stake limits on various sports markets, casino games, and lottery products. These limits may vary based on sport type, market liquidity, game type, user account history, and other factors. We reserve the right to adjust betting limits for individual users without prior notice. Repeated attempts to exceed betting limits may result in account restrictions.
Winning bets are settled according to official results from recognized governing bodies. For sports betting, results are determined by the final score or outcome at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise specified. Extra time, overtime, and penalty shootouts are excluded unless the specific market includes them. For live casino and slot games, results are determined by certified random number generators audited by independent testing agencies. Payouts are credited to your Account balance immediately upon result confirmation.
Bets may be voided and stakes refunded in the following circumstances: (a) the event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled; (b) obvious errors in odds or results; (c) technical system malfunctions; (d) integrity concerns such as match-fixing suspicions; (e) regulatory or legal requirements. ontoto reserves sole discretion to determine whether a bet should be voided. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within 14 days of the original event date.
Casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate over millions of game rounds. Actual session results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to variance and randomness. All games use certified random number generators to ensure fairness.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

We reserve the right to suspend or interrupt services for maintenance, security updates, technical improvements, or other operational reasons. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
ontoto services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, odds, statistics, or results displayed on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose money.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ontoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, reputational damage, or emotional distress. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
ontoto may display content, odds, statistics, or links provided by third-party game providers, sports data suppliers, or payment processors. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of third-party content. Your use of third-party services accessed through ontoto is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. ontoto reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, abuse of bonuses, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other misconduct. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the circumstances and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
ontoto may permanently terminate your Account and refuse to provide services to you in the future if we determine that you have engaged in prohibited activities, repeatedly violated our terms, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. Upon termination, any remaining legitimate Account balance will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to ontoto. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. After 18 months of inactivity, ontoto may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 against the Account balance until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ontoto is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding ontoto services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 business days. If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our senior management for review. ontoto is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all disputes.
Any claims or causes of action arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of ontoto services must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Failure to file within this period will result in permanent waiver of such claims.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ontoto regarding your use of our services. These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
